Simpsons Spin off

The Simpsons as we know it is the longenst running animated show.  Since its debut in 1989 it has become one of the most successful cartoons for all ages.

Anyways wasn?t it supposed to have a spinoff Wiggim PI. A tease of Magnum PI.

How come that never took off?

I remember there being an episode with a series of short spin-offs that included Wiggum P.I. Is that what you're referring to?

Yes. There was suposed to be an entire show of Wiggum P.I after that,
